The MultiPort System delivers a powerful and efficient solution for routine laboratories and high-throughput freeze drying applications. The large drying manifold, offering up to 42 ports, enables the simultaneous processing of large numbers of samples — maximizing efficiency, flexibility, and continuous workflow.
Integrated rubber valves allow individual vessels to be exchanged during operation without interrupting the process. This ensures a stable lyophilization process while keeping productivity at its highest level.
At the core of the system is the Delta 2-24 LSCbasic freeze dryer, engineered for reliable performance with an ice capacity of 24 kg, a condenser temperature of –85 °C, and a capacity of 9 kg per 24 hours. A stainless steel ice condenser with hot-gas defrost, the use of natural refrigerants, and an intuitive touchscreen control with a multilingual user interface provide outstanding efficiency, reliability, and user convenience.
