Martin Christ is one of the leading manufacturers of freeze drying units world-wide, with an experience of more than 60 years and offers an entire program of laboratory, pilot and production plants for all applications.

In the range of laboratory- and pilot units not only routine-process freeze dryers, but also a series of product-specific, highly specialized lyophilizers in the range between 2 and 25 kg product capacity are made available, equipped with innovative, intuitive control interfaces (Lyo-Display plus „LDplus“ resp. Lyo-Screen-Control plus „LSCplus“). The multiple and laboratory-tested range of accessories allows the different basic units to easily handle a variety of routine and advanced processes.
The unrivalled features LyoControl and LyoBalance allow the measuring of the freezing point respectively the drying speed for easy process optimization.

Christ-made production units comply to international regulations from FDA and EMEA and will be specially designed by our Engineering-Team, following the individual user requirements. Our flexible design-concept enables us to offer variations in mechanical construction through to specific vacuum, refrigeration and control systems. All units from Christ fulfil highest standards on materials used and functional safety and can be extended for future operations. Modern control electronics simplifies user operation and allows safe and reproduceable processes of valuable customer products. Completely integrated systems – e.g. with automatic loading / unloading - can be offered as well.

Another business activity since over 15 years is the production of rotational-vacuum-concentrators („RVC“). Here, the close relationship to our associated company Sigma Centrifuges offers obvious advantages in construction and production demands.
The Christ RVC-series is well structured in size and combination with different cooling traps and vacuum pumps. This gives the customer a maximum benefit for every application.

The Christ-application lab is equipped with several Lab-/pilot freeze dryers and RVC and is dedicated for the exploratory analysis with customer products
